PRINCIPAL / FINANCIAL ADVISOR
When Joe Vazquez began investing, investors still had to research companies at the library with information that was typically 3 months old in something called Value Line. The resource had pages as thin as those in a telephone book (if anyone remembers what a telephone book was…) Today the internet provides information much faster, but the fundamentals of investing however, have not changed nearly as much. Which is why Joe’s passion to educate and advise clients has led him to this fulfilling career in Wealth Management.
Joe has been an Arizona resident for over 30 years and grew up in Phoenix. Prior to his work in the financial industry, Joe’s past professional experience includes nearly a decade in the healthcare industry, working in radiology, physician practices, and transplant services. A chance conversation with an investment industry professional about Joe’s love of saving, investing, and the markets prompted him to work toward becoming a Financial Advisor early 2000. The past 15 years have culminated a career in which he has provided investment advice, worked with business owners, and travelled much of the country providing 401k education and advice to large companies and their employees.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing with his two young children, swimming, and if you are out early enough, you might catch him mountain biking the trails of the Phoenix Preserve near Piestewa Peak. Joe has a strong desire to help others accomplish their financial and charitable goals as well as his own passion to help others through charity. He previously served as Clerk of Session on the board of Historic First Presbyterian Church.
