Confidentiality

Your personal information will never be sold or accessible to anyone but us, nor will we discuss your situation outside our office environment, unless, of course, you ask us to.  When you do need to refinance, qualify for a loan, update your estate planning docs or gather tax information, then, as you deem appropriate, we will share your information with the other professionals you work with.

We also take great care to safeguard your information through a secure use of technology. You personal information, for example, is not stored on local computers, so even if someone were to come in and steal a laptop or desktop computer, your information would remain secure.

Expertise

You hire us to deliver advice. We are confident in the advice we give, and we will happily put it in writing. Many representatives of larger firms are not even allowed to put their advice in writing, as the firms do not want to be liable for what their representatives may say!

To document the advice we give we send follow up emails after our meetings so we can ensure there is no question as to what we are recommending, and why.

You know the advice you receive will be current and relevant, as our credentials and professional memberships have demanding continuing education requirements.

Prompt Responses

We have a company “best practices” policy that encourages same day responses to emails and calls. That doesn’t mean we are perfect, but it does mean we strive to get back to you as soon as we can.

To make sure we can deliver this level of service each financial advisor maintains only a select number of client relationships. This means they will get to know your situation inside and out, and provide timely, personal advice on an ongoing basis.

Security

Your assets are protected against the various types of fraud and scandals that so many fell victim to in the last few years. How so? We use large third party custodians to hold your assets

Not sure what a third party custodian is? To learn more read, How A Third Party Custodian Protects Your Assets.

Thorough Analysis

You need to make decisions that will ensure your financial future is as secure as possible. To help you do this we must gather all of the relevant data and facts before offering advice. Once we have all the information we need, we review your current situation with you, and present various courses of action, discussing the pros and cons of each. We focus on helping clients build a financial plan that allows for flexibility, so you will be in a good situation no matter what the future may bring.

If you like numbers and analysis, we’re happy to walk you through all the details of our spreadsheets and calculations. If you would prefer we just share the conclusions, that’s okay too.

An Enjoyable Relationship

We like coming to work each day and we always want to be in a position where we look forward to talking with our clients, and addressing their concerns. To keep that environment in place we look for ongoing, long-term client relationships with people who value what we do.
